Meet Jodi!
Trauma/EMDR Therapist for Adults & Couples | Alpine, Utah
Are you carrying the weight of anxiety, unresolved trauma, or emotional disconnection in your relationships? Whether you’re facing the aftermath of betrayal trauma, navigating past abuse, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you—healing is possible.
I’m Jodi Hyde, a Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC) based in Alpine, Utah, specializing in trauma therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples. My approach is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and evidence-based care designed to help you reconnect with yourself and those you love most.
I work with adults and couples who are navigating issues such as betrayal trauma and relational ruptures; childhood abuse, neglect, or trauma; anxiety, depression, and grief; and relationship conflict, communication struggles, and attachment wounds
For couples, I offer EFT-based therapy and couples intensives—deep-dive sessions designed to help partners break through long-standing patterns, restore trust, and rebuild emotional intimacy. Whether you're recovering from betrayal or simply feeling distant, these intensives offer a focused path toward meaningful connection.
As a member of the Association of Mormon Counselors and Psychotherapists (AMCAP), I offer faith-based therapyrooted in Latter-day Saint (LDS) values for individuals and couples who wish to incorporate their spiritual beliefs into the healing process.
My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to explore your story. I integrate trauma-informed care, attachment theory, and mind-body awareness to support holistic healing—mentally, emotionally, and relationally.
You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. If you’re ready to feel more grounded, whole, and connected, I’d be honored to walk alongside you in your healing journey.
